Your Role

• Maintains the machines and associated equipment – including robotics.
• Conducts sampling of new molds and materials.
• Direct the daily duties of the personnel assigned to their area.
• Maintain records as required.
• Maintain equipment and ensure that work space is clean and orderly.
• Troubleshoot Robots and other automation machinery.
• Conduct studies on production, labor, equipment, and material costs.
• Practice a variety of molding processes.
• Use data collection (Plant Star, Kistler, Maximator) modules effectively.
• Trains and performs the duties of Material Handlers and Operators as required.
• Assures that all quality assurance measures are followed to the control plan for each product.

Your Skills

• High School Education/GED
• Journeymen’s card preferred
• 5 - 7 years previous experience in plastics in a set-up capacity.
• Previous experience with 10-500 ton capacity machines.
