Your Role

  • Get trained in all aspects of plastics production: machine set-up, process optimization, troubleshooting, and automation
  • Work side-by-side with experienced engineers and technicians on real projects
  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes using the latest production systems and data tools
  • Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Take ownership of your work area and contribute to team-driven, autonomous operations
  • Rotate through key roles to build a strong foundation for your engineering career

Your Skills

  • Technical education (degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience)
