Your Role
- Get trained in all aspects of plastics production: machine set-up, process optimization, troubleshooting, and automation
- Work side-by-side with experienced engineers and technicians on real projects
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes using the latest production systems and data tools
- Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Take ownership of your work area and contribute to team-driven, autonomous operations
- Rotate through key roles to build a strong foundation for your engineering career
Your Skills
- Technical education (degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience)
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take responsibility
- Hands-on interest in machinery, robotics, and production systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
