Your Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier contracts, service agreements, and cooperation agreements.
- External Counsel Management: Selecting, coordinating, and ensuring the quality of external legal advisors with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost control.
- International Coordination: Managing and coordinating legal matters with international subsidiaries and ensuring consistent application of legal standards across jurisdictions.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Designing and delivering internal training sessions on relevant legal topics and corporate policies.
- Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal risks in operational business activities as well as strategic initiatives.
- Dispute Resolution: Managing litigation and out-of-court disputes in close cooperation with external law firms.
- Regulatory & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements, particularly in the areas of data protection, competition law, and environmental law.
- Corporate Governance: Advising on corporate law matters and company-wide governance issues.
Your Profile
- Fully qualified lawyer, evidenced by completion of state examinations or an equivalent legal qualification.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Professional experience in a comparable role, ideally within the legal department of an internationally operating company or in a business law-focused law firm.
- Strong expertise in contract law, corporate law, compliance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent analytical skills combined with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
