Description of Activities:

• Support the development of new projects in coordination with launch departments by creating part numbers, routings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) according to product requirements.
• Provide support to operational areas regarding consultation and/or updating of ERP system information.
• Improve processes and equipment in accordance with Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Manage and maintain ERP system information.
• Update product cycle times based on the latest time studies.
• Implement ERP changes according to the RFC system (Project and Production Series).
• Support plant inventory activities, including counts and audits.
• Provide SAP system training when required.
• Establish records and perform analysis of ERP (SAP) technical issues to develop and/or adjust procedures for effective control or elimination.
• Create and update process flow diagrams and work instructions for products manufactured at the plant.
• Maintain and correct routings, BOMs, and part numbers in the ERP system, including consumption updates.
• Keep time and motion studies up to date to determine production standards.
• Maintain updated customer information through customer portals (for multiple customers).
• Review and update the ERP system as a living and continuously evolving system.
• Update process and/or plant layouts as required.
