Job responsabilities:
Support new product launches by creating and maintaining part numbers, routings, and BOMs in SAP/ERP
Manage and maintain ERP (SAP) master data, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Implement engineering and production changes in SAP through the RFC process.
Provide ERP/SAP support and training to operational departments.
Maintain and update production cycle times, time studies, and production standards.Improve manufacturing processes through Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Create and update work instructions, process flow diagrams, and plant/process layouts.
Analyze and resolve ERP (SAP) system issues, driving corrective and preventive actions.
Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and audits.
Maintain customer-required information through customer portals.
Review and continuously improve ERP system data, including routings, BOMs, and consumption updates.
