REQUIRED PROFILE

• Bachelor’s of Science BS or Master of Science MS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in the automotive industry in the field of Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related roles.
• Experience in:
• Possess base knowledge of car access, locksets, and immobilization technology.
• Possess knowledge of mechanical engineering, system engineering, and requirements
• Engineering.
• Proven experience utilizing IBM Rational DOORs or similar requirement management tools
• Knowledge of the following: Microsoft MS Project and milestone tracking, ISO-26262, Automotive SPICE processes, V-model development, DFMEA, DVPR, mechanics, and industrialization and design for mass production.
• Experience with fault detection and diagnostics strategies preferred.
• Knowledge of exterior door handle products is a strong desire.
• Being Familiar with 6 Sigma tools is a plus.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

• Create the system requirements and the system architectures.
• Analyze the customer product requirements and creates the compliance matrix, decide about the acceptance of customer product requirements.
• Prepare, manage, and decide on the relevance of Lessons Learned, Design Rules.
• Setup of reuse strategy of system requirements and system architecture, the definition of reuse elements system requirements and system architecture.
• Coordination of reuse system and domains.
• Define and maintain standardized sets of requirements and architectures for platform products.

• Contribute to the creation of the Feature Release Plan.
• Contribute to test case review, test readiness review, and Design Verification Plan.
• Initiate the impact analysis in case of design changes.
• Carry out the system integration.
• Contribute to the vehicle integration test.
• Contribute to the preparation of verification results.
