Continuous Improvement Specialist

Your Role
- Support the deployment of the Huf Production System (HPS) across production and support areas
- Actively participate in Toyota Production System (TPS)-based improvement activities (Plan Do Check Act (PDCA), Kaizen, Standard Work, Visual Management, 5S, Problem Solving)
- Support and facilitate continuous improvement workshops and shop floor activities
- Learn to analyze production processes, identify waste, and propose sustainable improvements
- Support data collection, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tracking, and performance reviews aligned with Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQDCP) principles
- Work closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams during HPS / TPS exchange activities
- Grow step-by-step into a Continuous Improvement (CI) engineer role with increasing responsibility for improvement initiatives
Your Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or in final phase) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Foundational knowledge or strong interest in the Toyota Production System (TPS) and Lean Manufacturing
- High motivation to learn, develop, and work directly on the shop floor
- Structured thinking and curiosity for problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work cross-functionally
- Hands-on mindset — not afraid to go to the gemba
- Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools is an advantage
- First exposure to CI, Lean, internships, or shopfloor projects is a plus
