• Operate production equipment according to clear, standardized work
• Work in a clean, safe, and well-organized manufacturing environment
• Actively participate in daily team meetings and problem-solving
• Support a stop-and-fix culture when abnormalities occur
• Develop skills step by step and qualify for multiple workstations
