Industrial Engineer

Your responsibilities
- Creating technical specifications for suppliers of robotic assembly and testing stations
- Cooperating with machine and equipment suppliers: sourcing offers, cost and technical analysis
- Responsibility for commissioning and implementation of assembly lines into mass production
- Implementing design and product changes during the industrialization phase
- Designing and optimizing production processes using Lean Manufacturing tools
Our requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team in a new project launch environment
- Higher technical education, preferably in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or automation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry (Tier 1/2)
- Practical knowledge of testing machines (End-of-Line, electronics testing)
- Experience in implementing vision systems (e.g., Keyence, Cognex)
- Knowledge of machine design and production optimization methods
- Communicative level of English
