Maintenance Technician

Your responsibilities
- Ensuring continuous operation of modern injection molding machines (Engel, Demag) as well as automated assembly lines and production cells equipped with vision systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting failures in the areas of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Performing inspections and preventive maintenance activities (TPM)
- Participating in predictive maintenance activities and failure prevention
- Analyzing root causes of malfunctions and implementing improvements
- Cooperating with the production and engineering departments to optimize machine performance
- Participating in commissioning, modernization, and continuous improvement of the machinery park
Our requirements
- Technical education (electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation, or related fields)
- Experience in maintenance or working with production machinery
- Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read electrical schematics
- Basic knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, or hydraulics
- Ability to diagnose faults and work in a production environment
- Willingness to work in a shift system (3 shifts, Monday to Friday)
