Your responsibilities
- Fulfilling customer orders by preparing production plans for three shifts using leveling
- Analyzing the execution of production plans
- Analyzing short- and long-term customer demand in terms of production capacity, taking into account high demand variability and a wide product portfolio
- Daily monitoring of KPIs (DIH, Delivery Performance, Sales, etc.)
- Creating production orders in the SAP system
- Preparing reports and tools to improve department efficiency
Our requirements
- Higher education (minimum bachelor’s degree) in production management, logistics, IT, or programming
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
- Very good knowledge of production planning tools (PPDS, Lean, advanced Excel)
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in an international team
- Good command of English enabling fluent communication
