Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 10 years in purchasing, industrial engineering, or maintenance within the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for non-productive materials and services.

Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Lead procurement projects for capital equipment and services related to administrative and Operative areas as, electronics, plastic injection molding, and mechanical assemblies, Logistics, Quality, Maintenance.

Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to align purchasing decisions with operational needs.

Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Ensure accurate data management in SAP MM and maintain procurement records (create PO/SA & Contracts).

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.

Lead and mentor a team of buyers or procurement specialists.
