Bachelor´s Degree: Industrial, Mechatronic, Mechanic and Electronic

 

Experience

Customer portals (GM, TESLA, STELLANTIS, VW, FORD)

Problem solving methodology (Ishiwaka, 8D´s. 5 why´s)

Core tools (FMEA´s, CP´S, PPAP)

 

Job Challenges and Responsibilities:

1. Keep the PFMEA and CP updated; Prepare PPAP for the client

2. Coordinate 8D in customer complaints

3. Carry out walks to review standards in productive areas

4. Present 8D's to clients

5. Travel abroad to coordinate giveaways and customer complaints
