Asst / Dy. Manager - Logistics

Your Role
- Creation of sales and operation plan for resource planning.
- Compilation of weekly customer orders (indents) and internal release for forecasting and master production schedule preparation.
- Ensure acc Management of OEM portal (Convisint, MMOG etc) and must be aware with CSR.
- EDI and customer order data management (EDI Import)
- Shipment planning and transport cost supervision.
- Ensure acc Finished product and empty boxes transport management.
- Custmoer daily contact in order to determine delivery issues and compromise delivery in order to provide comprehensive delivery in order to provide comprehensive information and satisfy the customer.
- KPI: customer delivery performance monitoring, on time delivery assurance.
- Customer logistics score monitoring.
- Finished product 3PL warehouse stock management and ERP data management.
- Customer parts engineering change demand management.
- Cooperation with internal departments in order to assure on time delivery.
- Customer logistics claims problem solving support.
- Ensure acc Customer problem solving.
- Ensure acc Daily job continous improvement.
Your Skills
- Bachelor's degree or similar or qualification within area of production or logistics.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Automotive Industry or a similar function.
- Experience in production logistics, customer order management and supplier order management.
- Leadership experience necessary.
- ERP Order management and planning knowledge.
- SC & Logistics standards, processes and instruments on customer order management, production planning and material planning.
- Operational experience
- ERP knowledge.
- Applicable SCM specific related regulations (consignment, complaint management etc.)
- Project management.
- Moderation and presentation.
