Overview
The System Integrator in the Product Group Wireless Systems & Authorization maintains the overview on the system releases and ensures that the hardware and software “puzzle pieces” come together in a seamless way, being compliant to the systems intended purpose, playing both the role of the engineer and of the end customer. A strong combination of hands-on and requirements oriented analytical thinking makes this role prime to the project success.
Your Role
- Integrates Software and Hardware into system releases
- Integration and Calibration of Phone as a Key solution into the Vehicle Environment
- Checks if integrated system matches system architecture, focus on system features and E2E timings
- Creates smoke tests for end customer scenarios and challenges Hardware and Software Teams
- Creates/updates environment for integration including scripts for automation
- Support configuration management activities
- Works in a close relationship with the Software Integrator(s) and System Tester(s)
- Part of the decision taking for system releases
Your Skills
- University Degree (Electronics, Computer Science, Informatics)
- At least 5 years of experience with Embedded Software and Scripting
- Well-rounded technical understanding of systems (Mech/HW/SW)
- Wireless systems experience BLE/UWB is a plus
- Experience in Doors/Rhapsody
- Team player with an open-minded attitude
- Strong communicator both written and verbal in English and native language
- Self-efficient and organized in prioritizing tasks and projects..
