Process Engineer

Your role
- Defining assembly processes for new projects according to Lean approach (defining needed resources, line equipment, stations, cycle estimation according to MTM methodology preferred)
- 2D assembly line design in AutoCAD
- Material flow planning
- Value stream mapping (VSM)
- Working closely with project teams and those responsible for equipping the line with machinery and equipment
- Participation in product feasibility assessments
- Participation in the acquisition phase of new projects with preliminary planning
- Participation in PFMEA analysis and machine and assembly line acceptance (PTR1, PTR2, R&R)
Your skills
- Higher technical education
- Min 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company (preferably from the automotive industry)
- Knowledge of English to communicate freely in an international team
- Practical knowledge of Lean methodology
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage
