SAP Consultant Success Factor

Your Role

  • Implementation and further development of group-wide standard business processes, with emphasis on SAP Success Factor and SAP Concur
  • Creation and description of the target process in Business Blue Print
  • Design and customization of applications from the SAP Success Factor and SAP Concur areas
  • Project work in process optimization, integration and harmonization in SAP Success Factor and SAP Concur
  • Collection and management of internal customer requirements and gap analysis
  • Requirements analysis and specification development in consultation with the business
  • Support in the operation/rollout of SAP Success Factor and SAP Concur projects by the implementation service provider at Huf Group sites
  • Support for version upgrades, version testing with external vendors

 

Your Skills

  • University degree (preferred major: economics, management).
  • Min. 5 years of experience as a key SAP SF user or SAP consultant, comprehensive understanding of SAP Success Factor and SAP Concur process
  • Required: Practical knowledge of HR processes
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in SAP Success Factors implementations or customer support
  • Practical knowledge of the operation of SF EC modules
  • Knowledge of SAP Success Factors related processes
  • Knowledge of integration issues related to Success Factors EC
  • Experience in data migration to SF EC
  • Qualifications and specialist courses: ABAP programming skills welcome
