Teamleiter (w/m/d) Materialplanung / Disposition

Your Responsibilities

  • Management of a team (Customer Scheduling, Production Control & Procurement) comprising 12 employees
  • Control of production orders within an assigned work area, including make-to-stock and make-to-order recommendations
  • Periodic execution and monitoring of parts availability and inventory levels
  • Preparation of reports and analyses (e.g., inventory tracking, capacity or utilization status)
  • Ensuring on-time delivery compliance for customer shipments
  • Initiation and implementation of continuous improvement projects (e.g., backlog reduction, production smoothing/leveling) 

Your Profile

  • A completed university degree or commercial vocational training (e.g. as an industrial clerk), or a comparable qualification, with at least 5 years of professional experience in production planning or scheduling, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Professional and leadership experience in the automotive industry is desirable
  • Strong team orientation with well-developed soft skills, combined with a structured and results-driven approach to work
  • A hands-on mentality and a high degree of self-initiative
  • Experience with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are desirable
  • Fluent German and very good English skills complete your profile
